Ghauri Town Islamabad is located in Zone IV of the city, accessible from the Main Lethrar Road and Islamabad Expressway. It is a project of Raja Ali Akbar and Chaudhary Abdur Rehman Company. A market in the locality of Phase 7 and 8 have already been planned and are undergoing rapid development. Availability of underground sewerage, public transport, town security, graveyard, recreational parks and mosques makes it an attractive residential place to live in. 

Phase 8 of Ghauri Town is a development of great value situated near Islamabad Express Way. Only 2 km away from the Airport Chowk, this phase is attached to Ghauri Garden main road and Ghauri Town Phase 5. It is accessible from Gulberg Islamabad and Lehtrar Road is right next to it. Nearby housing societies like PWD Housing Scheme and commercial areas increase value in this phase. Whereas 5-10 marla commercial plots range from 1.5-2.5 crore. Similarly, 5-10 marla residential plots in Phase 4 and 5 ranges from 40-90 lac whereas commercial plots share a range of 2.5-3.5 crore. 

5 marla residential Ghauri Town plots for sale in Phase 7 are affordable within a range of 17-30 lac. 4 marla plot cuttings for commercialization are available in a range of 60-75 lac. Houses for sale in Ghauri Town Phase 7 and 8 have affordable rates as compared to its neighbourhoods: Madina Town and Gulberg Green. As the neighbouring phases of Ghauri Town Phase 8 are all developed and equipped with all facilities, they have higher property rates as compared to Phase 8. Despite slower development work in Ghauri Town Phase 8, property buyers and investors foresee a rewarding investment. However, legal issues related to Phase 8 of Ghauri Town have slowed down processes for road carpeting, gas supply and other amenities.
