ISLAMABAD: As the fast lane on Kashmir Highway merges into the lane for the motorists in the G-12 area, a high risk of traffic accidents poses a continuous threat.
A complaint has been filed by the motorists regarding the lane markings on the citizensā portal, and the Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has also expressed concerns about the problems faced at various points, from Zero Point to Golra Morh,
Responsible for lane markings on Kashmir Highway, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has informed about passing on of this matter to the National Highway Authority (NHA).
CDA spokesperson Syed Safdar AliĀ has assured that new lane markings on roads will be carried out the coming days.
