Lahore: A 13-member committee has been formed to create new laws for land registry and mutation in urban areas. Currently the state treasury takes a loss of Rs.10 crores daily due to absence of any land registry and mutation record.
The 13-member committee includes Chairperson Ahmad Ali Kamboh, Secretary Settlement Munir Ahmad Shah, Secretary Taxes Nadeem Abbas Bhangu and several others.
